These individuals at this bike shop are just nothing short of phenomenal. I was at their store on 1/22/17 to purchase my first road bike - and I must say, that their level of expertise, professionalism, and care was something worth mentioning to everyone. If you're in the market for a bike, please don't hesitate to visit these guys. I got a 2017 GIANT Advance 2 Carbon road bike, with a few accessories to go with it.

The guys at the store took their time to take my fitting and measurement, hopped me on a bike for a test ride, and then coached me on how to care for and maintain my bike. I'm beyond satisfied.

I was looking for a set of fenders for my commuter bike. My goal was to drop my bike off in the AM and pick it up after work wearing the new fenders. Most local shops I spoke to had nothing in stock and those that had the fenders thought I was insane for expecting same day installation. Bikes and Life had really nice quality SKS fenders on the shelf and installed them, mirrors, grips and had me out the door all on my hour lunch break. Excellent service. I'll be back.

As I'm new to road biking, I purchased a bike at another store and realized there were several mechanical issues (loose crank, gears not shifting properly, etc.). When bringing in the bike to 'Bikes and Life', the team performed a few very quick modifications and found that the crank was put together incorrectly. This was quickly repaired - the team even adjusted both the shifting alignment and the neck - all for no charge. I am very thankful for thoughtful and helpful team at 'Bikes and Life' and will definitely give them my business in the future when upgrades are needed. :) Thanks so much!

I had purchased 2 bikes from previous owners and were told that I could bring the bikes by annually for maintenance checkup usually took 5 minutes or less and if they recommended anything we usually had it done there since I'm no expert on bikes. Last year the employee explained that under different owners but there was no problem making sure there was no issues with the bikes. I went there today and was told that there would be a fee of either 50.00 or $80.00 per bike depending on if I wanted a check up or maintenance done to the bikes. I decided to leave and take my bikes down the street to Cycle Works just for the principal of the matter. I don't know if the person there today was an employee or the owner but I didn't feel welcome at all and I felt like I was bothering him. It's amazes me that they wouldn't bother putting the bikes on the rack to see if there was any issues so they could get my business on the repairs which I would gladly let them do.

The service at Bikes and Life at John's Creek is super fast & friendly. Bill has fixed my bike twice while I waited. thought I had to leave it there (-: Their prices are great too. If you have a bike that need repairs go there.
